The Buckingham is a 44-story condominium high-rise building located at 360 E Randolph Street in Chicago, Illinois. Millennium Park and Lakeshore East Park are immediately located to The Buckingham's south and north sides respectively. The Buckingham is also close the lakefront, Navy Pier, The Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium and dozens of theaters and restaurants. Designed by Fujikawa Johnson & Associates, The Buckingham houses a total of 306 residential units with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options. These units are orientated south for views of Grant, Museum and Millennium Parks or north with views of the newly constructed Lakeshore East Park. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman and 24-hour on-site maintenance staff, an indoor pool, sauna, laundry room, fitness center and locker rooms, library, party room, open roof deck with grills and a dry cleaner on site. Dogs and cats are welcome (25 pound limit) and heated indoor deeded parking is available There are currently no condos for sale.
