Brandon and Kristin are phenomenal real estate agents and my buying and selling process could not have gone any better! I have known them for 10 years and even though I recently obtained my real estate license, I knew that I wanted them to represent me for both my buying and selling transactions. They ran comps that allowed us to put in a competitive offer that was accepted instantly. With needing to then sell our current house quickly, they met with us Friday to go through staging recommendations, had professional photos and 3D Matterport completed Monday, measurements Tuesday, "Coming Soon" Wednesday and showings began on Friday. This culminated in multiple offers by the end of the first weekend and an accepted offer above the asking price! They provided great recommendations for mortgage officers, home inspectors, moving companies, and repair contractors.
