Kathy and her team exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. Because we were out of town during the transaction, Kathy applied for permits, set up appointments and met with contractors, met inspectors, coordinated an estate sale and donation, and prepared the house for the buyer. When we decided to move from our Michigan lakehouse back to Illinois to be near our family we had no idea of who to contact. We had been gone from Illinois since 1998. At first we worked with a realtor my daughter had heard about but that was not satisfying. She really didn't listen and would just show us things that I had seen on the internet. Soon after, I saw an ad for a home in Carillon, a senior community, and wanted to see it. It was early in the morning but I called the number listed for HomesbyMarco.
