I had a tough decision to make when choosing a realtor to sell my house - go with a friend who offered her services at a slight discount, or choose a team who had proven themselves by helping my family buy and sell houses in the past. I am so glad I chose Doug Ferguson and the King Team. I knew they would take care of me, but I did not expect to have a contract on my house after less than 48 hours on the market AND get more than the asking price! Doug and the team coached me through how to prepare the house for listing, explained the details of each offer (there were several!) so I could choose the best one for me, and they were always available to answer my questions. From the first meeting with Doug and Pat, all the way through the closing a short time later, the experience was pleasant and stress-free!
