Lancer Homes in Illinois
Lancer Homes' presence in Illinois centers on a single, well-established community: Pheasant Valley in McHenry. With 0 active listings and 0 new construction currently showing, this builder is best understood today through the resale market rather than a current price sheet—Lancer Homes appears to have completed its building program in this subdivision, and what's available now reflects homeowners reselling rather than builder-direct sales. Pheasant Valley itself includes several floor plan series worth noting by name, including the Bradford, Glenmore, Sheffield, and Somerset models, giving buyers a sense of the variety originally offered even though new units aren't being added. For buyers considering a resale here, the appeal is typical of an established, built-out neighborhood: mature landscaping, settled streetscapes, and none of the ongoing new-construction HOA assessments or phased-development disruptions that come with active building. Home age and condition will vary more than in a builder-fresh community, so a thorough inspection matters more than it would with new construction. McHenry itself offers a quieter, more suburban-edge lifestyle within the broader Chicago-area market, and Pheasant Valley remains a solid option for buyers interested in this specific pocket of McHenry rather than a builder actively expanding its footprint in Illinois today. Anyone researching Lancer Homes here should treat this page as a guide to what was built, not what's currently being sold.
