Carrollwood Country Club occupies 170 acres in northwest Tampa. The golf course, designed by Bill Mitchell and opened in 1962, winds through stands of live oaks and pines with several holes routed along a series of small ponds and drainage canals. The fairways are planted in TifEagle bermudagrass, while the greens consist of TifDwarf bermudagrass.
