Casey Country Club is located on the east side of Casey, Illinois. The nine-hole layout begins with a tee box that opens onto a wide fairway bordered by mature trees on both sides. The second hole requires a direct shot over a shallow drainage ditch that crosses the fairway at about 150 yards from the tee. Holes three and four run parallel to each other, separated by a row of pines, and both end at small, slightly elevated greens. The fifth hole doglegs left around a stand of oaks, and the sixth plays uphill toward the clubhouse. The seventh hole is the longest on the course, with a straight fairway and a large bunker guarding the left side of the green. The eighth hole crosses a cart path and plays into a prevailing west wind. The ninth returns to the clubhouse, finishing at a green protected by two sand traps on the front-left edge.
