Parkview Golf Course occupies a compact site along the western edge of Pekin, bordered by residential streets and a small creek that runs through the westernmost fairways. The layout alternates between open, gently rolling ground and tighter corridors framed by mature oaks and maples. Several holes cross the creek on modest carries, while others follow its bends, creating natural doglegs that limit aggressive lines. Greens are modest in size, moderately contoured, and generally firm; approach shots that miss short leave uphill chips, whereas shots long often finish in collection swales. Fairways are Kentucky bluegrass with narrow strips of intermediate rough that tighten in late summer. The practice facility consists of a single-target range and a small putting green adjacent to the first tee. Cart paths are asphalt and run primarily along the right side of each hole, keeping foot traffic on the turf to a minimum.
Parkview Golf Course currently has (within 1 mile) no homes for sale.
