Rogers Gardens Golf Course sits on flat, open land just outside Moultrie, Georgia. The course is maintained with Bermuda grass fairways and TifEagle greens that roll true and firm. Tree lines are minimal, so wind often becomes the main variable, especially on the longer par fours that run east-west. Irrigation heads are spaced evenly along the fairways, and the rough is kept short enough for recovery shots but thick enough to punish missed fairways. The layout features a pair of reachable par fives early in the round and a pair of long, straight par fours that test accuracy late in the round. A drainage canal crosses two fairways, requiring carries on approach shots when the water is high. The practice putting green sits beside a small metal shed that stores mowers and utility carts. The course draws most of its play from local residents and seasonal visitors passing through Colquitt County.
