Seville Golf and Country Club sits in Gilbert, Arizona, on the eastern edge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Designed by Gary Panks and opened in 2000, the course follows the natural desert contours while incorporating water features on several holes. Bermuda grass covers the fairways and rough, with Tifdwarf bermuda on the greens. The layout moves through stands of mature palo verde and mesquite, with native desert washes crossing several fairways. Players encounter elevation changes that create varied shot angles, particularly on the back nine. The clubhouse, completed in 2001, houses a full-service restaurant and pro shop. Practice facilities include a driving range with target greens and a short-game area with multiple bunkers. The property is owned and operated by ClubCorp.
