Tuscany Falls West at Pebble Creek in Goodyear, Arizona, features a desert-style layout with wide fairways bordered by native vegetation and occasional water hazards. The course includes several elevated tees that overlook arroyos and distant mountain ranges. Bermuda grass covers the fairways and tees, while the greens are planted with TifEagle bermuda maintained at tournament height. Strategic bunkering appears around most greens and along selected fairway landing areas. Several holes follow natural drainage corridors that run through the surrounding residential development. Cart paths are paved and run parallel to the playing corridors without crossing fairways. The course sits at an elevation of approximately 1,000 feet, resulting in generally firm playing conditions during the winter months. Maintenance follows a schedule that includes daily mowing of greens and regular aeration cycles during the summer.
