The course features a mix of open and tree-lined holes, including a pair of short par-3s that play over modest elevation changes and a longer par-4 that doglegs right around a drainage swale. Several greens are elevated and slope from back to front, requiring approaches to land short and roll up. Bunkers guard the front and right sides of most greens, with additional sand placed in landing areas on the longer holes. A small creek crosses the property twice, affecting play on the fourth and eighth holes. The course is maintained with Kentucky bluegrass fairways and creeping bentgrass greens, and irrigation heads are spaced at regular intervals along each hole.
