Snell Isle is a neighborhood located in St. Petersburg, Florida. It is situated on a small island just east of downtown St. Petersburg and is known for its affluent homes, scenic waterfront views, and quiet, tree-lined streets.
Snell Isle was developed in the 1920s by local land developer C. Perry Snell, who envisioned a community of grand homes surrounded by water and greenery.
