Chicago had 529 new homes for sale with a master bedroom on the first floor during the month of Saturday, April 11 to Friday, April 17, including 123 single family homes for sale with an average list price of $319,011.42, 1 townhouse for sale with a list price of $515,000, and 392 condos for sale with an average list price of $558,523.84.
