Boundary Hill Woods, Woodridge, IL

Boundary Hill Woods is a 63-acre forest preserve in Woodridge with over three miles of trails winding through oak-hickory woodland and open prairie. The preserve features a 1.2-mile crushed-stone loop that connects to the larger DuPage County trail system, giving residents direct access to 30-plus miles of paved paths without driving. A fishing pond stocked with bluegill and bass sits near the parking area, and an adjacent picnic shelter with grills is available by reservation. The site’s rolling terrain provides seasonal views of wildflowers in spring and colorful foliage in fall. Its location at the intersection of 75th Street and Janes Avenue places it less than two miles from both the I-355 interchange and the Lisle Metra station, shortening commutes to downtown Chicago. Nearby retail at Seven Bridges and the 75th Street corridor supplies grocery, dining, and everyday services within a five-minute drive.
