Central Tot Lot Park, Glenview, IL

Central Tot Lot Park occupies a 2.4-acre site at the intersection of Central Road and Pfingsten Road. A large playground with separate structures for younger and older children sits near the center, while a full-size basketball court and two tennis courts occupy the eastern edge. A 0.6-mile paved loop path circles the park and connects to the North Shore Bike Path, allowing residents to walk or cycle south toward the Des Plaines River Trail. The park also contains a small picnic shelter with tables, a water fountain, and restrooms that operate from April through October.
