Cornerstone Park, Elgin, IL

Cornerstone Park occupies 25 acres at the southeast corner of Randall Road and Big Timber Road, directly across from the Randall Road Metra station. The park features a 1.8-mile paved loop trail that connects to the Fox River Trail, allowing residents to reach downtown Elgin by foot or bicycle in under 30 minutes. A 12-acre retention pond supports seasonal fishing and is ringed by benches and a small picnic shelter. Two lighted softball diamonds and a regulation soccer field are available for league play, and the playground includes inclusive equipment for children of varying abilities.
