Creekside Park, Rolling Meadows, IL

Creekside Park sits on the west side of Rolling Meadows, bordered by Salt Creek and adjacent to the 2.5-mile Salt Creek Trail. The park’s 22-acre layout includes two lighted baseball/softball fields, a regulation soccer field, and six pickleball courts that opened in 2022. Anglers use the creek’s stocked sections for trout and bass, while the paved trail connects directly to the Northwest Bikeway, allowing cyclists and runners to reach downtown Arlington Heights in roughly 15 minutes. A playground with poured-in-place surfacing, two picnic shelters with grills, and restrooms are clustered near the main parking lot on Euclid Avenue. Mature cottonwoods and willows line the creek banks, providing shade along most of the trail.
