Fairview Park, St. Charles, IL

Fairview Park occupies 64 acres along the Fox River in St. Charles, with a paved 1.4-mile loop trail that connects directly to the 40-mile Fox River Trail. The park features a disc golf course, lighted tennis courts, two playgrounds, and a large shelter with picnic tables and grills. A 30-acre native prairie and wetland area supports seasonal bird migrations, while the riverfront section offers fishing access and seasonal canoe/kayak launches. The park is adjacent to St. Charles East High School and within two miles of downtown St. Charles, where residents can reach grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants by foot, bike, or a short drive. Restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the main parking area and the central shelter.
