The park sits two blocks north of Wilmette’s downtown Metra station and within a half-mile of the public library and the Wallace Bowl outdoor amphitheater. Seasonal programming includes youth baseball leagues and a weekly farmers’ market adjacent to the park entrance on Saturdays from June through October. Restrooms, drinking fountains, and a small parking lot are located near the tennis courts.
