Greenwood Park, Niles, IL

Greenwood Park covers 23 acres in central Niles and is anchored by a 1.2-mile paved loop trail that connects to the village’s larger trail network. The park features three lighted baseball/softball diamonds, two full-size soccer fields, six lighted tennis courts, and a playground with modern safety surfacing. A 10,000-square-foot indoor recreation center houses a gymnasium, fitness room, and multi-purpose rooms used for year-round programs. Mature trees line the perimeter, and two retention ponds attract seasonal waterfowl.
