Harlem Community Skate Park occupies a 2-acre parcel along the Rock River in Loves Park. The concrete skate plaza includes ledges, quarter pipes, and a bowl that accommodate beginners through advanced riders. A 1.8-mile paved trail connects the park directly to Shorewood Park and the Rock River Recreation Path, allowing residents to bike or walk to downtown Rockford in approximately 20 minutes. The site also features a fenced playground, picnic shelter with restrooms, and seasonal water fountains.
