High Ridge Knolls Park spans 30 acres in Mount Prospect and includes three baseball diamonds, four tennis courts, a playground, a picnic shelter, and a large open field used for soccer and informal play. A 0.6-mile paved loop trail circles the park and connects to the village’s broader 25-mile network of bikeways, allowing residents to reach downtown Mount Prospect or the Metra station on foot or by bicycle. Mature trees line the northern edge, providing shade for spectators at the ball fields, while a small detention pond at the southeast corner attracts seasonal waterfowl.
