Indian Creek Park, Aurora, IL

Indian Creek Park covers 38 acres along the Fox River in Aurora, providing direct river access and a 1.2-mile paved loop trail used for walking, jogging, and cycling. The park includes three baseball diamonds, two lighted tennis courts, and a playground with climbing structures and swings. A fishing pier extends into the river, and a canoe launch allows paddlers to enter the water. Picnic shelters with grills sit near open lawns, and the grounds feature mature trees that create shade along the trail. The park connects to the Fox River Trail, extending north and south for additional mileage. Restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the main parking lot on Prairie Street. The site is less than a mile from downtown Aurora shops and restaurants and sits adjacent to the Indian Creek Golf Course.
