Kiddie Korner Park, Streamwood, IL

Kiddie Korner Park sits in central Streamwood, bounded by Schaumburg Road and Park Boulevard. The 8-acre site features a fully fenced playground with separate toddler and school-age equipment, two full-size basketball courts, and a lighted baseball diamond used by the Streamwood Youth Baseball League. A 0.6-mile paved loop trail circles the park and connects directly to the 4.3-mile Spring Creek Forest Preserve trail system, allowing residents to reach the preserve’s 120-acre woodland and wetland area without driving. On-site restrooms and a 40-space parking lot are open year-round. The park is 0.4 miles from the Streamwood Village Hall and Public Library, 1.2 miles from the Metra Milwaukee District West line at Hanover Park, and 2 miles from both the Elgin–O’Hare Expressway and Illinois Route 59 retail corridor.
