Kiwanis East Park covers 25 acres along the north side of Sycamore, providing residents with direct access to both active and passive recreation. The park features two lighted baseball diamonds, a soccer field, and a playground with modern equipment. A paved loop trail runs through the property, connecting to the larger Kishwaukee River Trail system for longer rides or runs. Picnic shelters with grills and restrooms sit near open lawns that host seasonal youth sports. Mature trees line the edges of the park, offering shade along the walking paths and around the play areas. The park is located less than one mile from downtown Sycamore’s shops and restaurants, and it is adjacent to Sycamore High School athletic fields, allowing families to combine park visits with school events.
