Kraml Park, Burr Ridge, IL

Kraml Park occupies 37 acres at 16W361 91st Street in Burr Ridge. The park features a 1.2-mile paved loop trail that circles athletic fields and a fishing pond stocked by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Two playgrounds with rubberized surfacing sit near the main parking lot, and four lighted tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and a basketball court are available year-round. Restroom facilities and drinking fountains are located at the trailhead and near the sports fields. Mature oak and hickory trees line the park’s southern edge, providing shade along the trail and screening views of adjacent residential streets. The park is a quarter-mile from the I-55 entrance at County Line Road and less than three miles from the Burr Ridge Village Center, which contains grocery stores, restaurants, and the public library. Burr Ridge Park District maintains the grounds and schedules youth soccer and baseball leagues on the fields during spring and fall.
