Mending Wall Park, Woodridge, IL

Mending Wall Park in Woodridge covers 22 acres and includes a 1.2-mile paved loop trail that connects directly to the Village’s larger greenway system. The park features two full-size baseball fields, four lighted tennis courts, a playground with poured-in-place surfacing, and two picnic shelters with electrical service. A sledding hill runs along the eastern edge, and the central retention pond is stocked for catch-and-release fishing. Restrooms and drinking fountains are open year-round, and the parking lot provides more than 120 spaces. The park sits within a mile of both Interstate 355 and the BNSF Metra line, and it is adjacent to the Woodridge Public Library and the ARC Center’s indoor aquatic facility.
