Olesen Farm Park, Naperville, IL

Olesen Farm Park covers 30 acres along the West Branch of the DuPage River, with a 1.4-mile crushed-limestone trail that links directly to Naperville’s Riverwalk system. The park includes two baseball diamonds, four lighted tennis courts, a playground, and a 4,200-square-foot picnic shelter with restrooms and electrical service. A fishing overlook and adjacent wetland boardwalk provide year-round wildlife viewing, while an off-leash dog area sits at the southeast corner. The site borders the DuPage River Trail, allowing residents to reach downtown Naperville’s Metra station or the Danada Square retail corridor without driving. Mature oak and hickory stands line the river corridor, and the park’s open fields remain mowed and irrigated for scheduled sports leagues.
