Price Park, Yorkville, IL

Price Park spans 114 acres in Yorkville and includes two lakes that support fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. A 2.5-mile paved loop trail circles the larger lake and connects to the city’s Fox River Trail, allowing cyclists and runners to travel north to Silver Springs State Park or south toward Plano. Picnic shelters with grills, a playground, sand volleyball courts, and a disc-golf course are clustered near the main parking area. The park’s rolling terrain offers sightlines across open prairie and wooded shoreline, while its location along Route 71 places it less than ten minutes from downtown Yorkville’s shops and restaurants and five minutes from the high school and library.
