Quail Run Park occupies roughly 20 acres in Lake Zurich’s southeast quadrant, with direct frontage on Quail Run Drive and a short walk from the Route 22 commercial corridor. A 1.2-mile paved loop path circles the park’s central meadow and connects to the 8-mile Old McHenry Trail, allowing residents to reach downtown Lake Zurich or Paulus Park without driving. Two playgrounds—one with a sensory-play area—sit adjacent to a reservable shelter equipped with electrical service and restrooms. A lighted baseball diamond and two full-size basketball courts provide evening use, while the northern section features a 9-hole disc-golf course laid out among mature oaks.
