Regional Park at Bristol Bay in Yorkville covers 78 acres of open space that includes a 10-acre stocked fishing lake, playgrounds, and picnic shelters. A 1.8-mile paved trail loops around the lake and connects to the 5.2-mile Fox River Trail, allowing residents to walk or bike to downtown Yorkville without crossing major roads. Two baseball diamonds, four lighted tennis courts, and a 40-acre dog park with separate small-dog and large-dog sections are located within the park boundaries. The park’s shoreline includes a fishing pier and two kayak launch ramps. Restrooms, drinking fountains, and a 100-space parking lot sit at the main entrance on Bristol Bay Drive, three minutes by car from the Route 34 commercial corridor.
