Rotary Park, Westmont, IL

Rotary Park in Westmont spans more than 30 acres and serves as a central recreational space for local residents. The park features a 1.2-mile paved trail that loops around open fields and a small pond, providing a flat, shaded route suitable for walking, jogging, and cycling. Picnic shelters equipped with grills and tables are available for reservation, and playground equipment is grouped into separate areas for younger and older children. Two lighted baseball/softball diamonds and four tennis courts support organized leagues as well as casual play. A small fitness station near the parking lot includes pull-up bars and resistance equipment. The park is bordered by residential streets on three sides, with direct sidewalk connections to nearby neighborhoods and a short drive to the Westmont Public Library and downtown shops along Cass Avenue. Seasonal programs such as outdoor movie nights and youth sports clinics are scheduled through the Westmont Park District, utilizing the park’s open space and existing amenities.
