Saratoga Park, Orland Park, IL

Saratoga Park occupies 40 acres in central Orland Park and centers on a 6-acre lake that supports seasonal fishing and non-motorized boating. A 1.8-mile paved loop trail circles the shoreline and connects to the village’s larger Centennial Trail system, providing direct routes for cyclists and pedestrians. Two playgrounds, one designed for ages 2–5 and another for 5–12, sit adjacent to an inclusive swing set and a splash pad that operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Picnic shelters, charcoal grills, and restrooms are clustered near the parking area, while two lighted tennis courts and a sand volleyball court lie on the south end. Mature oaks and open turf fields frame the park, offering sight lines from surrounding residential streets. The park is located 1.5 miles from Orland Square Mall and less than a mile from the Orland Park Public Library, placing daily errands within a short drive or bike ride.
