Tropicana Park spans 25 acres at the intersection of Roselle and Golf Roads in Hoffman Estates. The park contains two lighted tennis courts, a playground with climbing structures, and a basketball court. A 0.6-mile paved loop trail circles the perimeter and connects to the nearby Poplar Creek Trail system, allowing residents to reach other Hoffman Estates parks without driving. The grounds include open turf fields used for youth soccer and an adjacent picnic shelter with grills and tables. Mature trees line the northern edge, providing shade along the trail, while the southern portion remains open for informal recreation. The park sits within one mile of the Hoffman Estates Public Library and the Prairie Stone Sports & Wellness Center, and it is 1.5 miles from the Northwest Community Hospital campus. On-street parking is available along the adjacent residential streets, and the park is served by Pace bus routes 604 and 606.
