Victoria Park in Hoffman Estates covers 55 acres of open space along the west side of the village. The park includes a 1.2-mile paved loop trail used for walking and jogging, plus two smaller connector paths that link to the larger Poplar Creek Trail system. A playground with separate climbing structures for different age groups sits near the main parking lot, and two lighted baseball diamonds with dugouts and bleachers are maintained by the Hoffman Estates Park District. A 10-acre retention pond supports seasonal fishing under Illinois Department of Natural Resources rules and attracts waterfowl that can be viewed from a wooden observation deck. Picnic shelters, each with electrical outlets and nearby restrooms, can be reserved through the Park District website. The park is bordered by single-family subdivisions on the east and south, and its northern edge meets the campus of Hoffman Estates High School, giving residents walking access to both the park and school athletic fields.
