Volz Park, Arlington Heights, IL

Volz Park occupies 25 acres in central Arlington Heights and provides residents with direct access to both active and passive recreation. The park includes two lighted softball diamonds, six tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground with modern equipment. A 1.2-mile paved loop trail encircles the grounds, connecting to the 12-mile Northwest Bikeway system that extends to neighboring communities. Mature oak and maple trees line the trail and shade two picnic shelters available for reservation.
