Willow Park in Hoffman Estates spans 70 acres of open space anchored by a 10-acre stocked fishing lake. A 1.8-mile paved loop trail circles the water and connects to smaller paths that lead through native prairie plantings and wooded sections. Anglers cast for largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish from three fishing piers, while non-motorized boats are permitted on the lake. Two playgrounds, a sand volleyball court, and a reservable shelter with picnic tables and grills sit near the main parking area off Rohrssen Road. Hoffman Estates Park District offers seasonal programs at the site, including nature walks and youth fishing clinics. The park is bordered on the north by the Poplar Creek Forest Preserve, providing additional unpaved trails and wildlife viewing.
