Subject is located on the east edge of the City of Ottawa, on the south side of US Rt 6 & Ill Rt 71, just east of the Fox River. Area is primarily utilized for commercial purposes with the Community Hospital and various office buildings located across the highway and a restaurant and funeral home located on either side of the subject property.
