This could be an amazing historic restoration project. On the National Register of Historic Properties, the City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office would love to see it designated and there may be funding for it's restoration available. The ''Market'' is open space and the secondary building had four units originally, but could be renovated into fewer units. There are also two other units to the south of Market building that have been burned out, but may still be able to be restored and renovated.
