10031 N Biscayne Dr., Citrus Springs, FL 34434

This beautiful home has so much to offer! The homeowners husband was a licensed contractor and tastefully added a HUGE amount of extra space to the home in 2004. He added closet space, a huge living room (additional 566 Sq Ft) fit for entertaining large amounts of people, a 3rd garage bay and extended the covered, screened lanai space. There is a separate 3rd room that can used as an office, craft room, workshop or even a bedroom. This extra room was designed to have its own garage space and own entry into the home. All this sits on a gorgeous manicured corner lot with a fenced back yard. This home will truly make someone very happy! Come see it today!
