1041 S Palm Ave., Homosassa Springs, FL 34448

This mobile sits on a large lot of .65 acre. It has a huge (and tall) carport that you could part a boat under. The kitchen has been redone, and the stove is gas. Lots of potential here at a great price. There is an addition with screened room and what could be a family room with some work. The little block building holds the washing machine and 2nd bathroom. Perfect after a little gardening. Home is ducted and wired for AC unit. It needs a little work, and some is currently being worked on. New subfloor and paint in one bedroom. Some subflooring needs to be replaced after a toilet leak.
