10714 W Wheatridge Dr., Sun City, AZ 85373

Expanded Franklin model in Sun City. This home is on the golf course, with a Pool! As you walk through the front door, you look through the home to see the expanded view of the pool in the back yard and Willowbrook golf course. The back of the home was expanded and walls were removed for an open concept feel. Both bedrooms are quite large. The back wall is now a wall of windows with expansive views of the golf course. The galley kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for the chef. The expansion made the kitchen open to the living room so the chef is always included in the conversation. This is a must see home. Please stop by and see it soon!
