This protected 39 ft slip on C-Dock that holds a maximum size vessel of 42 ft located at Factory Bay Marina has plenty of water underneath for deeper draft boats & quick, immediate access to the Gulf, plus all of our local beaches & tiki bar hot spots. There are shops and multiple restaurants located nearby in the Old Marco district & many dining options are literally just down the street. Groceries & any provisions you may need are less than a mile from this slip. In the dock office/Captain's lounge, you will find laundry & shower facilities, a desk/workspace area with free WiFi filled with local navigational charts/books/TV, ice & a barbecue out back to use. The docks are Bellingham concrete floating docks, pump out services provided, electric is metered separately & pets are also allowed. Recent 2024 composite boardwalks installed. NOT a live aboard marina. You can also rent out your slip for some supplemental income direct. Onsite security cameras 24/7 & a dockmaster onsite daily.
