Usually, I am not at loss for words. The usual, "It's a beautiful pool home (with an oversize garage) located in a highly desired neighborhood" is the obvious stuff. It's trying postulating how to describe all the amazing upgrades found within is what I am finding difficult. Each room (literally) has a story to tell. The garage, for example, is oversized, has a shop area, central vac system, insulated & air conditioned, plus has its own FULL bathroom. The kitchen has so many numerous features I don't have room here to elaborate, but I can say it has a gas stove, water pot filler (over burners), trash compactor, many pull outs, instant hot water, extra deep granite countertops & cabinetry fit for a king. The lanai is covered, screened and features a separate and covered summer kitchen and spa; The pool features solar heating, too!
