This delightful home is truly blessed - by exquisite interior design & luxurious finishes, by marvelous outdoor living & spacious patios, by solar power & Green construction, & finally by Tibetan Buddhist monks who actually consecrated the residence, affirming its inherent spiritual qualities for all who abide here. It is a welcoming place of quiet beauty & serenity. The nearly one acre lot gives it a sense of space and privacy with plenty of room for graceful courtyard-like patios with fountains and flowers on which to relax & catch the sunset. Step inside through the impressive front door & handsome foyer to the supremely comfortable living room, elegant dining room, inspired gourmet chef's kitchen with acres of granite & Wolf range, & fabulous Master Suite.... (See 3-D video in Photos) In the east wing of the home you'll pass the essential den on your way to the lovely powder room & two charming guest rooms & an amazing three car garage with epoxy flooring and a great workshop area. The designer of this home is a genius at maximizing the space so that the home lives much larger than the square footage might suggest. Beyond aesthetics, the residence incorporates Green construction elements including an incredible Energy Star rating of 35 & an owned solar system that keeps utility bills at bay. The owners report that the highest monthly electricity bill they have ever had was $28! Here's what Rebecca and Dave Landis have to say about their home: What We Love About Our Home... First of all, its very peaceful and quiet. That's a comment we hear from just about everyone who has visited us. A year ago we had our home blessed by visiting Buddhist Monks. Our home has felt extremely grounded and positive sense. There's an abundance of nature moving through the back yard. We often see Deer, Coyote, Javelina, Road Runners, and one one occasion, a bobcat in a tree. What we never expected was what a great neighborhood it is. The neighbors on all sides look out for each other and get along famously. Before moving to Sedona we asked a friend, where's the best location to live? Hands down: West Sedona as you are out of the traffic and close to all services. That was some of the best advice we've ever been given. What some people don't know when moving to Sedona is that there are hundreds of off road bike trails and hiking trails that bring too many people into neighborhoods. Pink Jeeps also are in communities creating noise and traffic. Rimstone has no access to trail heads or off road vehicles. Peace!
