This home has wood floors in living area and tile. This is a great deal for the money! This home is a true fixer upper! It will not go FHA or VA so please... Conventional loans only! I have a drywall cracking issue that is compensated by my fantastic price! Home has some very nice features but needs a buyer that can do some work!!!
