What a cool house in great shape the owner kept it up and even replaced the carpet a year ago. Granite counter tops updated kitchen large master suite vaulted ceilings fireplace great room covered patio. This house is a must see in perfect condition and what a bargain on a short sale. Client is already in contact with the bank and is moving forward with short sale.
