Nice and roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home located on good water for boating or fishing. This home has a large lanai that was used as a separate living room and office. You will appreciate the covered carport and two storage sheds in the front of the home but the back yard has a dock where you can just hang out and throw a line in the water or cast off in your motor boat or kayak. Overall, you can tell the owners took pride in their home and it is well cared for, but with some minor cosmetic upgrades, this will be a very nice affordable place to call home.
