1209 S Addison Ave., Lombard, IL 60148

A rare opportunity to build a custom home on a fantastic 50 x tandem lot in a prime Lombard location, close to Oak Brook shopping, major highways, and convenient access to Chicago. Offered as a proposed new construction "build-to-suit" opportunity with a Lombard/Glen Ellyn builder who has completed more than 40 homes in the area. Existing architectural plans are available, or buyers may work with the builder and architect to design a custom home tailored to their preferences. Buyers will also have the opportunity to work directly with the builder's interior designer to make selections and customize finishes. DuPage County currently records the property as two tandem lots. Photos shown are examples of previously completed homes built by the builder and are not of the actual home or property. Home specifications, floor plans, features, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and design details are subject to change based on buyer selections, builder modifications, site conditions, material availability, and final construction plans. Proposed home must be built. Builder is an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker. Please request a showing before walking the property.
